Shipping & Delivery Policy
We know how important it is for you to get your NIX products quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and what happens if things don’t go as planned.

Shipping Methods & Costs:
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 for all orders. If you spend $35 or more, shipping is on us—completely free!

Delivery Timeframes:
Once you place your order, we get to work right away. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes about 3–5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Delivery times might vary depending on your location, but we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Lost Package Policy:
We get it—waiting for your order can be frustrating, and it’s even worse if it gets delayed or lost. Here’s what we do to make it right:

  1. If your package is more than 5 days late beyond the expected delivery date, we’ll credit your account with $5 upon customer request.
  2. If it’s more than 10 days late, you can choose (upon customer request):
    • We can resend your order—no extra cost.
    • Or, we can refund your order if that’s what you prefer.
